Amazon L6 vs Google (?)
Hi Folks, I am L6 Sr. TPM at Amazon and started exploring opportunities at Google. What level I should target at Google? And what would be the TC range? I have finished 2.5 years at Amazon and would like understand career growth at Google. I am also aiming to transit to Product role at Amazon. If anyone can provide any insight then it would be great help.

What’s ur total YOE? Google may down level u to L4 or they may give u L5.
