Hi everybody,
I’m evaluating an L7 SDE offer from Amazon with a total around 750. I was told that i should not expect any refreshers after the first year because it is already above the L7 pay band.
I wonder if anybody can share the L7 upper pay band, so i understand when can i expect my first refresher, if at all (recruiter won’t tell me).
Upd: L7 SDE in Seattle

Sounds like you're in the right ballpark. But no refresher? I don't think your pay should matter. No refresher = no retention

What's your current role at Google? If T6, take the Amazon offer. The scope of an L7 is far more than what Google can offer at T6. If T7, your work life balance at Google will be much better than Amazon until you earn some credibility.
