Amazon On-site Interview

I recently interviewed on-site for a BA role but got rejected. The recruiter said that the team really enjoyed speaking with me and they feel I should apply for different roles in amazon. She sounded very positive and said she can try to condense the next interviews and even sent me another job id that she feels would be suitable for me. Now this role is a BIE role. 1) Does this may be mean that the team thought I am more fit to be a BIE? 2) Will I have to go through the entire interview process again or is it possible to get it condensed ?

Did you use referral in BA. What was the reason cited and what's your profile like?

No they reached out to me themself. She did not give any reason for the rejection. She just said that the team felt I am fit for amazon but not for that role.

Trust me - you just dodged a bullet. BA is the least paid job family in Amazon. BIE would offer you more comp, assuming you’re able to make it through. I’d focus on making sure the recruiter considers any +ve feedback from your earlier interviews. Keep in touch with them and make sure you negotiate in case u get an offer. Amazon is know to under-level while hiring
