Attended Amazon onsite Friday and I didn’t hear back from recruiter. I emailed her today for update and no response. Normally she responds within an hour. Does this mean reject?
I would give it another couple of days. Their typical SLA is 2 days for 95% of candidates. There is also a dependency on the interviewers recording their feedback. If they interviewed multiple candidates the same day, they might not have completed the debrief
Ok thanks. I was expecting recruiter will respond that they still waiting on debrief or something. As she was dodging my emails, I was getting that vibe. Do they let you know even in case of reject?
No, they won’t respond unless they have an yes/no. That’s my experience I may be wrong though.
Yep. I have been rejected phone screen before and was told by the recruiter. By policy they do not give specific feedback
For on-sites sla is five business days and two days for phone screen
Yes, I read that too. But how strict they follow this?
I think 95% of the times they meet it
Where u attended ? Which org ? How was the interview.. u would have some gut feeling right
This is in austin. I did average to bad on 1 round and remaining are decent. So Im thinking 50-50.
Ohh ok good luck LC mediums?
Which team was it for?
Amazon customer obsession in real
I was sent an email confirming that they will be making me an offer 3 hours after my onsite.
I did my on-site on a Thursday and I got a call with my offer the following Wednesday. No communication before the offer. Best of luck!
Congrats, for which team . How was the interview
AWS Cloud Senior Technical Account Manager (Sr TAM) L6 I thought the interview was moderately difficult especially my Bar Raiser round was by far the hardest. Studied ~20-30hrs/week for about 3weeks throughout the whole process.
Isn’t it too early to conclude? I had mine on Monday and hoping I should hear something by end of this week.
Ok thanks.
I read on their website that they will respond to an on-site with in five business.
