Amazon Premium Cloud Associate- Herndon
I have just received a offer for Amazon Premium Cloud Support Associate Mobile Services and Development for Herndon Position. I have 3+ year Software Development in India. What can I expect in terms of compensation? Also is there any room for negotiation at associate level

110k is inaccurate for CSA. Realistically you're looking at around 80-85k TC.

@op I have received a verbal offer for a similar position(CSA) and the same location..waiting on the numbers/breakdown tomorrow. What were you offered?

Base 70-72k, bonus 14-16k first year , and 13-15k bonus following year, and 20-24 RSU vested over 4 years. If you have competing offer from Microsoft or other cloud providers overall TC may go up by 10-15k.
If your experience is relevant, the base could go upto 90k Around 15-20k for everything else
