Amazon Professional Services Cloud Application Architect Offer
To educate and give back to the community I wanted to share my offer received for an L6 Amazon Professional Services, Senior Cloud Application architect role. Current TC: $245 YOE: 20 Offer Annual TC: $300 Location: South East US I hope it helps someone like myself in the future as you negotiate your offer.
Can I get pointers on the resume package? I got all the core AWS certs last year ( none of the specialty ones..yet) carry a PMP, CISSP, and some others not really relevant. I've spent 7 years in professional services out of 18 total YOE and I'm struggling get anyone's attention. Any advice you can spare is welcome.
I’d be glad to give you any pointers or to look over your resume. I’m certainly no expert but in this case I at least made it to an offer. I watched a lot of YouTube videos around the interview process of Amazon and the Leadership Principles they ask. These were very representative of my experience. Reach out if you want to know more.

I was super excited about the job and the team but unfortunately I was looking for higher TC and was told this was the max they could offer so I turned it down. Do you work in Professional Services org?
