How many days does amazon give you as PTO when you start off with the company? Also, does the devices org have teams that do anything similar to an operational load? #tech #amazon

2 weeks a year earned over 12 paychecks. Most companies do better than that. It’s a bit over 4 weeks at Facebook for example.

After the first year. Year 1 you only get 2 weeks.
0 .. you have to accrue over pay checks. You can borrow pto from future.
