How does annual raise work after the first couple of years at amazon? 1. if you are getting prmoted 2. no promotion but performing average? I hear base rarely changes without a promotion but what about RSUs? how many RSUs an year can one expect say at L5 after the initial 2 years?

Don’t remember off of the top of my head but it’s pretty bad. My gf’s mom was an exec there after Wall Street and she said it was hell. She even knew Bezos well enough for him to help her get the job and she still said it sucked.
