Zero arrogance I just got the App today and figuring it out still. I said PM me because how am I supposed to know who is able to refer unless the PM or comment. If someone comments obviously I will PM them. Positivity only✌🏼
Okay. I understand if u just got the app. So in general the app has limited number of DM u can start each month. So people who need / want something are the ones to initiate DM. I have seen a lot of people just ask for referrals and the those who can/want to reply with a "DM me"
