Can anyone who works for or truly understands Amazon return policy, please explain what Amazon means by: "return a high number of orders" Yes, I order a lot and keep most. Recently (~6-months) there have been returns for one valid reason or another. But that said, how does Amazon measure kept items vs. returns. Is this via cost basis? What is the ratio - Anyone knows this information with certainty and share? I have only gone on guesses and the customer service is just not able to respond to this in an intelligent way. @amazon

Yes, I've read about this 'sugar index' which Amazon presumably keeps of each their customers. However, if this is indeed true, no clue how it works. Anyone with some basic understanding and willing to share please do so.
