Just go the following offer for L4 in Seattle, almost 1 YOE Base: 130k Sign-on: 37k/27k RSU: 44 units Is there any room for negotiation on this? I'm fairly happy with the TC, but it's about 15k less than what I'm currently making, and Amazon doesn't have as good benefits/PTO days. The team that extended the offer is one I'd love to work for, but I'm concerned about taking the TC hit as well as the opportunity cost of switching teams/companies and ramping up vs working to promo which I'm fairly confident of getting at the end of this half.
Dude I am an SDE2 and my TC is barely more than your first years. So even if you get promoted to SDE2 it would not make a big difference since your TC is already high. I’d say stick with FB one more year and try to come in as an SDE2 if you really like them bananas!

Honestly for an SDE I thats high; idk if you could get any better without getting an offer for SDE II
