Amazon SDE 2 or Bloomberg Senior

I have received 2 offers, one from Amazon and one from BB.
Amazon: TC ~370K first year.
BB: TC ~300K

Currently on H1B without I-140 approved. H1B in the 4th year already. The amazon offer is very attractive to me but I have concern about PIP. Both offers are in NY area. Which one should I choose? Thank you! I would very appreciate if you could also comment why :)

Add more details about myself... I don't have much background in the tech industry but spent much time on Leetcode in interview preparation.
