Got the following offer for SDE 3 position:- 1. Base Salary - 49, 00, 000 INR 2. Sign On (First Year) - 30, 00, 000 INR 3. Sign On (Second Year) - 21, 00, 000 INR 4. 55 Stocks (~ Estimated by Recruiter at 94 lakhs. Actual ~ 74 lakhs). Total TC - 81,50, 000 (Not sure how is this calculated). Is there any scope of improvement here. How is the TC calculated? YOE - 10 years.

TC basically is Base + Bonus + Stocks vesting that year

Great offer. You may want to try for L64+ at MS and Google if you want to get better deal. MS will match this offer and their vesting schedule is better. Google should beat it. btw, what was your existing TC.
What is the range for l64 ms. Does it map to g l5?
According to levels.fyi it does. L64 base would be in band of 40-55. Stocks USD 100k+ and 15pct target bonus. All this with good compete offer like the one Op has here. MS shouldn't have any probs matching this offer at L64+
Always negotiate nothing wrong in asking and getting denied.
