Yoe : 5.8 Current TC : 60 LPA after latest appraisal
In my current org , i have base : 22 lpa , bonus : 1.6 lpa and stock : 30 Lpa(based on current stock price ) Amazon HR told me that she has to discuss further regarding my case and they can offer max of base : 30lpa + 15lpa JB first year / 13lpa 2nd year + stock worth of 12lpa My yoe is 5.8
Wow, your Adobe Target comp is 54 lakhs. How many units of stocks Amazon offered? Their stocks vesting is different than other companies. I do not think, they can match your Adobe TC.
