A recent offer for SDM L6, 150k base, 300k bonus, 400k RSU. Is the on the high end of the spectrum? Any comments? Thanks

Is this 325 TC or 550? Can't figure out if the bonus should also be split into four years or just the first year (since I presume the bonus changes year to year)

Basically for amzn can just multiply bonus by .6 for first year and add to base, then expect 15% increase per year. So it’s 330k first year.
