Amazon SDM phone screen ?
1. 5 days passed no response. Is it a reject ? Have they forgotten about my interview ? 2. Does the phone interviewer have sole power to move me to onsite or reject me ? From what I see on Blind, rejects after phone interview come fast. So it’s not a bad thing after all I hope

The phone interviewer generally has the sole power to move you onsite or reject you. If the phone interviewer says no hire, there is no way the recruiter will bring you onsite

I'm sorry to hear about this. Company policy is we're supposed to give phone interview feedback within two days of the call. Most of us take this seriously. In your case, someone is definitely behind on their feedback. Unfortunately it's unclear whether it's good or bad. If I were you, I'd ping your recruiter.
There are supposed to get back to you 2 days after a phone screen so just ping the recruiter and ask if there's any status update.
Sometimes feedback providers drag their ass as there is a report that gets written and submitted.

Don’t know on number two, but I got onsite a little less than a week after phone screen. Did not pass onsite 😂😂 for SDM
Optimistically asking , how was the onsite ? What did not go well according to you ?
I fucked up the system design round I think. I thought LPs went well but I could have it backwards or fucked all of it up, don’t know without feedback. SD was last round at the end of a v long day of nonstop interviews—had it been first I think I’d have had a better result. Brain was fried at that point.
