Amazon Sign In Bonus
My recruiter says due to some reason the sign in bonus couldn't be paid at the beginning. Instead it will be divided by 12 and paid monthly. I would like to have it at the beginning, is this something that can be negotiated? Thanks

Along with a dumbass vesting cycle for rsus, there's a dumbass allotment for signing bonus. Getting sign in bonus up front allows you to invest it. Sigh.
