Amazon Team change
How long before you can change team in amazon? Will it look bad if i do it within 4-6 months of hiring? Will my manager know if i apply it via internal job portal?
Confirmed, there is not time limit. 30 days is the max a manager can withhold you after offer is made
On the contrary it’s better off to jump faster if you are in a shitty team . Go and find jobs internally and ping the mgr on chime
What are good teams do u recommend?
Its hard to tell, as someone truly said you dont resign a company rather the boss. At amazon it will be director who sets the culture. Talk to the sr manager and manager of the teams (if you are internal), speak to as much teams you can possibly do. Dont fall for the tech jargons and visions. The roadmap for the year will tell you whats in for you. External not sure take an offer , it would be luck. Jump early if you didnt like the team.
