Amazon TechU Program
hi all. Ive recently received an offer as a new grad to join Amazon TechU for software development as a associate in professional services. It’s 6 months in TechU Seattle, then relocating for 6 months tk shadow, then relocating based on business needs. The program is relatively new and so I was hoping if anyone has gone through this program or knows of someone who has and that experience, could you share what that experience was likw? i cannot find anything on anyones experience with the program online. please share! Thanks!!

It was a technical deep dive and that was it. But we’re assuming they gave us that round based on our previous interview in the season for a different position. TC is about 97k base, 97k stock, 30/17 bonus.
OP what was your interview process like?
It was just one round behavioral over the phone but from what I’ve heard, everyone who was selected for interviews had also previously interviewed for SDE positions and weren’t extended offers for SDE internships.
Oh gocha maybe that's why I've been selected haha. You only had a single round? My first round was a technical deep dive. Now I'm scheduled for final round, no idea what thatll be like
