Sounds pretty low to me. I'd request base to go up to 140k and to raise RSUs to 60 units at least.
It's awesome. You didn't start with a student loan because your college was free. You don't have to save much for retirement because healthcare is free for life. You don't have to save for kids' education because that will be free. So your net income is better than that of an SDE2 in Seattle.
