I would expect that with 24 yoe, you might be able to get principal level if you're worth your salt. In Denver, I would guess L6 (senior) 250k, L7 (Principal) 325-350k
Similar experience to you but 21 yoe. L6 TC 325k. Was at AWS nine months, quit to take L68 role at MSFT TC 475k. Left in October. Don’t let them bring you in at L6.
L68 in what role?
SDE. Acutely aware I’m at lower end of the scale but after AWS it was a no brainer.
