I'm always anxious, nervous and recently getting doubts if my manager is collecting data to manage me out. It's only been 4 months since I started. I feel like it is a place for experienced people who are aware of processes and expectations. For a person like me, straight out of school, doesn't seem a good place. And not to mention Indian managers are shit, they play lot of politics and throw you under the bus to save their a$$. I've had 5-6 managers thus far from internships etc, this one is the worst of all. YOE : 1 TC : 120k Team : AWS #aws #stress #manager #pip
Now you understand why it's so easy to get into Amazon. Anything which comes easily has a catch
Very encouraging advice
Amazon = pip fear
What is PIP?
Since you joined recently, you're still fresh with LC. Do a bit more and leave ASAP. Considering the fact that you've been there for only 4 months, and are a new grad, it's unlikely to have a positive perception if you switch teams. Just get an external offer and leave.
Are you Indian as well?
Yes
Are you the only indian in your team?

I am sorry that your Indian boss is shitty. But that is sadly true.
Never work under Indian manager who is still in visa status . They have a workaholic life to save their jobs and screw their teams. Of course there are exceptions
