I started at Amazon about a month ago in a big team. The manager barely interacts with me even though I text him. A week later my manager is changed. I start learning the work with my onboarding buddy. Because of prime my team looks overwhelmed. I'm assigned a ton of things to learn within a month with little support - my onboarding buddy is busy and there are no good learning resources/ documentation. During calls with my onboarding buddy, they are always exhausted and talk very rude trying to make me feel bad.
I'm not a dev, if you're about to ask
I dont wanna to be bitter in 6 months and have work run my life. Am I expecting too much from the team, company?

Run away
As someone said, chip away at the Shawshank and in a year or two you will be at a better place
Amazon doesn't care about employees. It only cares about customers.
Only truly desperate people join Amazon these days.
