Amazon being Cheap
So I interviewed @Amazon @their Seattle Headquarter for their full day rounds and I didnt make it ( whole story on this as that was completely pathetic on their side ). So I came back and after couple of days, got an email saying provide your reimbursement slips and all. I wouldnt have submitted those if I didnt had that mail.So I scavenged whatever I had of that trip and got 2 uber slips of the trip I made to and from My current location to Airport and submitted. I didnt even checked if they made the payment but after a month or 2, I received a mail that I have submitted my reimbursement twice and they want a refund on whatever they have paid. I looked at my sent mail and hell no i didnt do that.. I posted my outbox and communication from 10 years old but they keep asking again and again for like a whole month for like what $70? I stopped responding and maked em as Spam.. Come on Amazon.. Thats your class ?? Seriously ??

Frugal, not cheap.
Its not Frugal.. Its being Cheap.. That pretty low class IMO. At one point I was thinking probably I should say yes and pay em back like 200 to make em feel guilty but then I realize that if they can come down to this level, they wont even feel any guilt for that.

They're known to be cheap. Frugality is just another word for cheap.
I know, Frugal is being smart enough to make worth of what you are spending onto but being cheap is being absolute classless about any expenditure.. This situation is absolutely not classy at all man. They were dropping mail almost everyday with the recruiter in cc as if that could help the matter. Not to mention the tone of a mail as if they are ordering me to refund.
Yea their culture is seriously screwed up and cheapness is valued

I got nothing.. Even I had to buy my own lunch.. dinner .. which I would have gotten reimbursed it appears but I didnt had slips.. Thank god, they wudda asked that $5 dinner / lunch / coffee money back as well, if I had added that in reimbursement
