What's the range for base and sign on for L5 5yrs YOE? Do they offer any benefits like health insurance /food/transportation benefits? I also need to know how is the current scenario of switching jobs and travelling across EU for immigrants in UK (Indian). Current TC: 3.5 million INR in Delhi. TIA

AmazonEng Aug 30, 2019Health insurance yes, but just the standard benefits you would expect at any company. Not much more benefit, although there is unlimited π The top band of L5 I heard can go up to Β£100k with decent competing offers. Otherwise standard TC is usually Β£80-90k.
