Amazon compensation
Hi blind community, I've started my interview process with Amazon for "finance manager" with their commercial business. I was wondering what kind of compensation range I can ask for with Amazon?

7 YOE, 155 base comp; asking for help based on NYC location

fBUX52 Feb 3, 2022I'm SFA l6 at Amazon based in NYC with similar YOE. My TC is 185 with 142 base and 43 sign on in year 1. Plus 31 RSU. I joined this year. Maybe you can push for TC of >210 as FM

Is 185 band can you provide some insight on how it works? Like 185 all in (comp + bonus)

fBUX52 Feb 3, 2022This is almost identical to my TC except sign on is 75k (over two years) and I'm L6 SFA at Amazon. I would go higher for FM.
