Kudos to the employees who are participating. We need to stand for climate change now than later. https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2020/01/26/amazon-employees-plan-mass-defiance-company-communications-policy-support-colleagues/
Just PIP all of them. The relentless protesting by employees trying to grandstand and use their employer as a platform to push whatever their new age religious crusade they got from Twitter is getting annoying
Employers can use their platform, as corporate giants, to further their own goals, while employees can't? Free speech for corporations not people?
How do employees not have free speech? Seems like communist thinking going on here: knock down the speech of Amazon leadership in favor of its radical activist workforce.
Amazon HR just auto-generated the upcoming PIP list.
Apparently the organizer of this list already started her new job. Pretty shitty to have other amazon employees pay the price of speaking up while she already had her backup plan.
Typical of social justice warriors.
Hapoy that someone is doing this. As a ex-Amazonian, I can say that Amazon has some shitty policies and is doing some unacceptable stuff. If Amazon employees come out and talk about it, then it may become a better place to work.
Amazon is probably gonna go nuclear on them but I think it's really brave of them to speak up. To those on Blind cheering on Amazon, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Yeah Google is without fault. It’s the place where people go to to sexually harass coworkers and then get a golden parachute for. It’s also the place where I am sure you don’t get sacked for anything you do at all... but wait... it does...
Learn to read buddy, no one's mentioned Google anywhere. The discussion is about workers at Amazon standing up and I support them as a fellow worker.
Sounds like easy targets for PIP this year!
Lucky managers will have their quotas met.
Helping URA quota! Not enough however
Un-regretted attrition pool!
People defending Amazon: Jeff still doesn’t care about you.
Why would a boss care about employees beyond what they do for them at work? I don’t care about my boss beyond what they can do for me at work.
If this interferes with me getting my shipments of whatever I want on the planet with 48 hour notice, I’m going to be pissed.
