Amazon evaluation strategy for a SDE
Hi, I interviewed with Amazon and got rejected. I wanted to check how they evaluate candidates on the behavioral questions. What all things to keep in mind while interviewing with Amazon?
Did the recruiter say anything specific? Like where team felt you were not meeting the bar, etc

L4: not much .. academic examples are fine (if asked at all) L5: good examples from prior jobs. Your contribution should be clear. Should also think about various tangential aspects. L6/L7: Stories must reflect experience of solving very hard problems, leading👩👩👦👦 in complex projects. Hard: very large scale systems involving massive amount of data, very low latency requirement, extreme concurrency challenges, and so on. Also can be experiences from ML domain like work in large ML systems, complex algorithms, publications, patents and 🤷♂️?
