Hi. I am non-swe trying to join Amazon. There is a recruiter at Amazon that I had connection in linkedin a few years ago. I send him a massage with my interest and he answered back to send him a resume and I did. Should I wait until he reach back to me? Or should not stop applying through their career website. I see hundreds positions that I want to apply in their career website. What should I do?
They will respond you when you are an amazonian already to your amazon email address, inviting you to a interview. Don’t worry too much, Apply to all.
Be careful with offering massages, it could be construed in the wrong light lol
Lol
Why don't you search the position on LinkedIn and find someone in Amazon already with that job? That way you could get a referral and also that person can connect you to their manager, which in case is hiring, would be glad to consider you as well.
Get yourself a referral, that's the best way
Amazon folks thank you for the advice. I am already contacting current employees in the role. I just want to make sure as this recruiter reached out to me twice in the past and I am finally ready now. So you all think working on my job on my own will not burn the bridge with this recruiter?
DM me if you need a referral to Amazon. Otherwise apply directly on Amazon.jobs and good luck getting thru automated filters and candidate sorting processes
Thank you for many helps Amazon folks. Will apply through referral tonight!
Just apply
