They are offering BOLD operations manager, category manager and program manager roles. He has two years of workex And 7LPA was last TC 1. Which role is better for learning, growth and would eventually open more doors? 2. How easy it is to switch internally to other roles if he doesn't like it 3. Which one is better if there are plans to relocate to other locations in future? My TC - 50LPA
Officially Amazon has IJT policy where he can change roles anytime. But all depends on his manager. Almost everyone here is put into pip if they try to change team.
