Hello, is it always necessary to explain a scenario from your present job for the answers to the amazon leadership principle questions or is it ok to give an example of a scenario that you have encountered in your life outside your present job?

Any example from your past career is fine, more recent it is, better it is.

Job scenario is better, but life is ok if you don’t have a job scenario. If you are a new grad, I’d imagine there is more leniency for life examples.
