I don't know. But I rate this as the best cheat sheet on LPs.
They ask a star behaviorial question after every round, I think it’s way too much.

We are pretty transparent about it. Read the 14 LPs and assume every question you get (coding included) is trying to get a signal on at least one of those principals. Then the people in the loop meet afterwards and checkbox each LP to see if you were good, bad, or average.
So how compensation is decided? 80% coding and 20% LP ? Or opposite?
Recruiters pull a number out of their ass.
Most of the statements are at least true in theory. We use LPs heavily in hiring decisions, management style.
