Amazon leadership principles interview. How do you prepare for it? Can you please tell me kind of questions for Leadership principles? Thanks a ton, guys!
If only Amazon sent over a whole list of sample LP questions when you interview there, damn that would be so sweet
Thanks brother
I just search Google and found this https://interviewsteps.com/blogs/news/amazon-leadership-principles-interview?page=2
Watch any monty python movie and use that to backup your LP stories
Start by eating a π. Then eat another π. Now stuff one more big long π inside. As long as you got those π for less than 50 cents a pound, you've got Amazon written all over you.
Leadership principles are just the part of the interviews at Amazon. Usually questions being asked like 'Tell me about a time when blah blah happened. How did you handle that." Try to follow the STAR method to answer all LP questions. Before an interview, try to find at least two examples of each LP to demonstrate during an interview. Hope it helps. Good luck.
Thank you @blackpanth. It helped. I also found sample question from the link https://interviewsteps.com/blogs/news/amazon-leadership-principles-interview?page=2
