Hello all , I have a amazon management onsite interview coming up this week. When answering leadership questions, I will use STAR model. Query - During the STAR model or at the end , shall I summarize what all amazon leadership qualities I exhibited and how ? Thanks ?

Tell me about a time when you disagreed with an engineer. How did you handle the situation and what was the outcome? (Ex answer: I stood my ground and told them to expect a PIP. I know that I am right, a lot, so I had to insist on the highest standards. After diving deep with my manager, the engineer was fired days before the vest date saving the company lots of money.)
