Amazon loop/on-site final round - help sought

Dear amazing blinders, I am reposting it as received no response last time.

I have had 4 rounds of loop done & this last one is planned with a Director level amazonian. Pl suggest me what all can be expected in this round. I need to convert it, this is for Senior Program Manager Operations - GSF India role.

Anyone been through similar interviewing, pl share your experince. Will it be around LPs and anything specific like BR round, I dnt know if I had a BR already. Last round was kind of BR I felt as she assessed my long term aspiration n what wd make me perform well/not well in the role. I guess this last round wd be with more senior person, what all questions be asked?

  • I don’t think anyone can say what questions will be asked but they will all be LP based. My advice is go through all the LPs and think about all the previous questions asked and what is the best LP they could relate to. Either ways make sure you have 1-2 examples per LP prepared in STAR format along with data specially in the Results part. Make sure the examples cover a large scope because that plays a big role for L6 and above roles. Don’t worry about BR or not BR...just take it as one interview at a time. Practice your questions in the mirror and make sure you hear the entire question and answer all aspects of the question...specially if asked what would you do if you could do it all over again....!!!     • So every project also has learning opportunities. Think about milestones you possibly missed or avoided missing just by a little, problems you had with stakeholders, any dead ends you met while planning etc..all those are areas of improvement that if you were to do again you can plan for buffer or think about avoiding them completely.
