Amazon new grad AWS offer
Hi, I’ve got an offer from amazon for SDE1 from the aws team, I was wondering if I could somehow get into the Aws AI team ? By talking to a recruiter on here or linkedin? Yoe:0 Tc: ~149 K
I would take the offer. Succeed at the role you’re put into and then after a year or so, you should be able to request to transfer to the AI team.

Reach out to a manager whose team you're interested in. If they find your profile relevant enough they might put in the effort to get into their team. That's what I did to get into a team I wanted.

Don’t think you can choose team if you are from campus hiring. The only way is to talk to the managers of the team and ask they to contact the recruiter on your behalf.
