I received an AWS offer a year ago but turned it down. I should have taken it. Am I back to square one from an interview/process perspective if I go back to them now? Do they offer an abbreviated version in this scenario?
What is your experience and current level? DM me, I am hiring
If you are just under a year they might be able to skip you the loop. Saw this happening a couple of times
if it has been 1 year, you need to do the whole process again, unfortunately.

Reach out to the same recruiter possible. Try your chance. They are hiring crazily. The question would be what made you decline a year ago but interests now
Thanks. Fair question of course. It was a combination of things but primarily loyalty to a great manager/team mixed with personal factors (moved the family to new city, etc.) that made the timing challenging.
