Amazon offer for 4 YOE, Seattle?
Hi everyone, now it’s my turn for #salary #tc chat 😉 I’m an EE with an MS and 4 years of exp including specialized knowledge for this role at Amazon Seattle HQ. What kind of TC should I expect? They haven’t made an offer yet but I’ll be doing salary negotiations on Monday and want to be prepared. Thanks in advance for any data points.

Yes. Unfortunately despite nailing the day long 3rd round interview Amazon gave me “no offer at this time.” Can’t figure out what happened, must have been the leadership principles because I nailed the technical Qs.

Making $45/hr TC as a contractor. My team hired a new grad (BS only) who was an intern and she’s getting $108k base, $25k signing bonus, plus all the benefits that FTEs get.
