Amazon on-site interview
Hello, I had my on-site interview loop at amazon last week for a graduate cloud solutions architect role at aws. at the end of the interviews the recruiter said she should be able to inform me monday afternoon the outcome as they were meeting monday morning to discuss. She never got in contact and so i emalied my recruiter contact via email and her response was that her colleague will be in touch asap this week. It's now wednesday and still no response from anyone as to whats going on. Has anyone else has the same experience with amazon? I kind of want to email her again tomorrow if their is still no news because i feel they have had sufficient time to atleast let me know what is going in and it being over a week. Should I be taking this as a bad sign? and have any of you guys had a similar experience with Amazon?
My recruiter was also a couple days late. They needed to speak with finance, supposedly, to make sure I could get in at the next level because I applied for too low a level based on my interview. Lots of possible explanations and no point in guessing. I suggest distracting yourself from this as much as you can.

Ya I am in the same spot as you. I had my on-site last Thursday and they told me I would hear from them Monday. Haven’t heard anything. But they do have a 5day turnaround for on-site interviews. So I would wait a few more days and reach back out. My 5days is tomorrow. So I’ll be reaching out Friday if I don’t hear from them first. Best of luck. Let us know the outcome.
Hi! It has now been my 5 days since my interview however I did email on monday which i think was a bit harsh so I am also going to wait until possibly Monday to email them again. I shall let you know when i recieve the outcome!
Amazon recruitment team's SLA is 5 business days after the onsite interview. So don't worry. In my case it's way past that SLA but I got an update from recruiter that they had to reschedule the debrief due to team's unavailability.

Just wait for few more days. Sometimes meetings move or get delayed. Ping back in few days. You would get response.
Yeah i think that i will, up until now the whole process has just been a bit of a nightmare, which i guess has me a bit on edge.
