I'm gonna have an onsite for an Amazon Prime Video executive position in Europe (no tech role). I have already passed few interviews (including the interview with the hiring manager) and I received super-positive feedback. Any tip about how to negotiate a possible offer? Is Amazon going to ask the current salary or the pay at the top of the personal market as Netflix, for instance? At current stage nobody asks about my current compensation package.

I saw something at a party I am trying to make sense of..
They will give you a number and whether you like it or not will drive the negotiations further.
Thanks. So they’re not going to ask anything about the current compensation?
Nope. They may ask you your expectations, sometimes.
