Hi All, Need some advise on my recent Amazon interview. My final interview was with the hiring manager but at the last moment it was rescheduled with someone else as he had some urgent meeting. Also my second interview (before the onsite) was also supposed to be with the hiring manager but again at the last moment someone else took it as he had an urgent meeting. My onsite went well, still awaiting results. Would you interpret something from this snub by the hiring manager.
I feel like Amazon HR is the junkyard of recruiters!
there's an awesome feature called search with some thing like "amazon hiring process"... And urgent meetings/conflicts happen all the time. If you're doing well in the loop and the bar raiser likes you (no red flags), you'll get in
Chill, it's just a swap of interviewer. If the hiring manager is a busy person (which is common), then emergency issues take precedence over interviews. This will not affect how the loop judges you, and you still have the same chances of getting an offer.
Without the approval of the hiring manager, my CV won't be shortlisted right? Please advise. All Amazonians!!
