How much salary(BASE/signon/stock) and level to expect for switching “senior product manager” at “Juniper Networks” to product management roles @Amazon ?

If you switch to a “senior product manager” (L6) expect total comp around $180-200 in year 1, depending on your negotiating leverage and location (NYC and SF > SEA). Overall band for this seems to be around $170-230 for non-tech at L6, $190-250 for tech. Will go up with stock appreciation in years 3 and 4.

Amazon RSU vesting is only 5% in first year. So 30K stock in 1st yr will translate to 600K total RSU package. That is insane and not possible at Sr level.
Those numbers are insane. Definitely not for L5 and doubtful for L6
