Amazon recruiter reached out for a job I applied to. Said the team wants to move forward with the process and that he wants to schedule a phone interview. I responded with my available times. Recruiter hasn’t responded for 3-4 weeks and I’ve followed up several times. Shouldn’t they be held accountable for such (unprofessional and time wasting) behavior?
Amz recruiters are really awful. It took 2 - 3 months to schedule my on-site and 1 day to get hired.
Lots of softies on blind
Nah I don’t care I just think they should be held accountable for being garbage
Care enough to post
Same thing happened to me. Messaged her 2 times that's it. Don't care enough about Amazon to put up with that shit.
It seems pretty common. Happened to me also but got the process to finally move after being patient for about a week after no reply. I have my onsite next week.
Happened to me too. I messaged a bunch of managers on LinkedIn randomly and it worked for me. Had some other recruiter get a look at my profile and got a call.
Add them on Facebook and ask why they ghosted
At least its not SpaceX. They scheduled an interview, sent the time confirmation, then never called. I didn't bother to contact them after this
Two recruiters from Amazon have reached out to me about other roles since this recruiter ghosted. Hilarious
Tell me about a time when you did not earn trust or show ownership in the recruiting process. Oh that was 2 emails ago. I have thought before about asking Amazon troll interview questions lol
