Amazon recruiter not giving numbers (L5)
So I cleared the interview and I was offered a job. The recruiter keeps asking me my target range . I do not know how to respond to that. They have not given me a number yet. Please help.

Ask them what level they are targeting ?

Range is 174ish-220ish. You’re raising the bar, so should be paid above median, and this is a game so you go high end or above. 215-225k could be your target range. Other people will likely say to ask for $250k or something but you’d have to have nailed it and been down leveled from L6 to get it.
