What are Amazon rsu refresh cycles like ? Is it similar to your sign on just the form of stock ?
You if your TC falls below the expected TC in the future, you will be given a stock refresher next comp cycle. These usually best 2 years out, but they can be pulled in to one year if your TC is below target. Don’t expect any stock refreshers until after your year 2 review. These will probably start vesting for your year 4, as your initial stock grant is gone.
And is tc basically stock plus base
Just want to make sure it I understand correctly, so the folks who say they make 350 tc, that means each year around 200k rsu is getting vested for them? Since base max out at 160 in Seattle... and if they continue to work, each year they are getting around 200k worth of stock refresher?
If the stock does well you’ll get smaller or no refreshers until you vest out most of your stock. Target TC applies to the upside too.
I have to wonder why people don’t ask questions like this before they accept an offer.

So back to my question -- I have been at company for 2 years and let's say my tc is 250k and rsu around 200 so I am wondering will I get more rsu later on . My base is 150 so seems like there is 100 rsu to be dealt for other years . I don't get to research these questions as I work pretty hard so I use blind to try to get advice thanks .
