It looks like the default amazon offer for SDE2. Without a competing offer I think that’s it.
They work on the basis of TC . What is your TC coming out as . Also any reason why you negotiated 182 as base and not max it out to 185 .

Does anyone know if amzn adjusted their comp for SDE2 in the past year. I've been seeing more offers this high for SDE2 and they were never this high when I was there. Or is it just a selection bias: ie only high offers get shared?
Isn’t 180k cap for base?
