Hey guys i just received an email from amazon Hr to have a discussion on amazon senior business analyst role . They want me to send them salary expectations, equity and bonus what should i ask ?. I have only 24 hours to reply them please help thanks

There is no better bonus at Amazon, unless they talk about 2 years sign up bonus. What level is the position. Probably L5? Salary 125k with sign up bonus and RSU in the first year up to 200k

You could give them a range, something like 150-175. 130 is the maximum base they’ll offer, given that you have 10 yoe
