Iโm a boomerang and got a sign on bonus when I came back.

I was gone a little less than 6 months and got salary bump and new hire on bonus more than twice my first bonus. My complaint when leaving was salary.

Does Amazon even let you keep the stock that you left behind when leaving and then joining back within the 6 month period?

Depends if you come back at same offer, or if you get offered a different offer. My understanding is most come back at their initial offer.
They get the bj or have to give it to come back? ๐
