Amazon vs Datadog
I have 2 offers and need to decide soon so any suggestions are appreciated 1. Datadog - > 180K base, 20k Sign on, 400k/4yrs, Tc: 285k 2. Amazon - > 170k base, Sign on 62k first year, 50K seconds year, 100 RSU @ 5/15/40/40 each year. TC: 240K Pretty sure Amazon is lowballing me at this point. I can probably get them to match Datadog. Location: NY YOE: 6
Is a liquidity event for Datadog in sight ?

Ah. Also I would def choose datadog over Amazon. They only give you 10 vacation days the first year and that includes sick leave, in addition to lowballing you
Datadog, better offer, more upside, less stress.
Agreed based on all the Amazon horror stories I've been hearing and the perks at Datadog are better.

It wasn't too bad. 1 Phone round, 4 onsite, 1 take home assignment which took the most time. I have an offer from WeWork as well but decided to pass with everything going on

Definitely Datadog for more potential, while you can join Amazon later anytime. Did they give you 3 base - rsu selections? If so, which one was this?
