Amazon vs Datadog

I have 2 offers and need to decide soon so any suggestions are appreciated

1. Datadog - > 180K base, 20k Sign on, 400k/4yrs, Tc: 285k

2. Amazon - > 170k base, Sign on 62k first year, 50K seconds year, 100 RSU @ 5/15/40/40 each year. TC: 240K

Pretty sure Amazon is lowballing me at this point. I can probably get them to match Datadog.
