Have offer from Amex India and want to know if the TC is good. Because, HR said it's the max for Band 30 , you can take it or leave it. Position -Senior Analyst- Data Science( Band 30) Fixed- 24. 5 LPA TC- 28.25 LPA Current TC- 22 LPA YOE- 4.10 yrs as a Data Scientist Let me know your thoughts.

Try to check how much variable component they provide in the new company, ask some employees and try to see what is the average figure. Also if it Max band, you may not get hikes for 2-3 years unless you are promoted. So try to check promotion cycle too....

Also your current employer might give you a counter offer. If you want to continue in your current org, you can then decide too....
Don't want to stay in the same company as work is not exciting now.
